Leftover Muffin Bread Pudding

Ingredients

2 eggs

1/2 cup cream or milk

2 T. sugar or brown sugar

raisins (optional)

Description

For every 4 regular sized, leftover muffins use these amounts.

Directions

Break muffins into small pieces and mix in raisins.

In another bowl beat together eggs, cream, and sugar.

Toss muffin mix with egg mixture, until thoroughly coated. Spread into a lightly oiled pan.

Bake at 350 for 30-60 minutes. Drizzle with glaze if desired.
